Before I decided exactly which direction I wanted to take my culinary journey, I decided to cater and meal prep for a few clients. These meal prep clients were lucky to be the first tasters of the juices I created! I have always LOVED fresh juices, but thought, hmmmm..TO MUCH WORK. And, YES, I was correct. But, after doing it, not only for my clients, but for myself and my family, it is forever going to be hard for me to buy one out.
Although I cook very balanced meals most every evening for my family with a TON of veggies, my husband and I have a hard time committing to eating fruit. Juicing helps get in our fruit intake as well as more veggies during the day.
Here are the ingredients for the juice pictured here:
Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, Orange Carrot, Pineapple, Green & Yellow Apple, Pear, Orange, Mango, Strawberries, Lemon, Ginger, Cayenne, Turmeric, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
This particular juice has a Detoxifying, Hydrating, and Joint Pain Relieving combination.
As most things in my culinary journey, I create these juices as I go, with of course outside influences as I see OR taste them.
